If catching a cold, rest as much as possible until recovering

I had a fever and was in bed for about two days the other day.
(I did wander around to live a basic life, though)

If it was around 37-38 degrees, I would still move around by reducing about 50% of my usual activity.

However, if it exceeded 39 degrees, my activity capacity would drop to about 20%.

In this case, I try not to force myself to keep working.
(Assuming there is no urgent need)

When I get a fever, I focus on recovering.

Even if I can’t sleep, I turn off the lights and go to bed.
(Don’t give in to the temptation of information from my phone. Believe that I will recover after a few days)

Just closing my eyes in the dark can help me recover to some extent.
(Even if I wake up every 30 minutes to an hour)

Now that I’ve recovered from my cold, I’m glad I took the time to rest.

Once we catch a cold, it’s not easy to return to a healthy state unconditionally.

If we don’t accept the condition and resist it and continue to work, our recovery will be delayed.

In addition, when we’re not feeling well, the negative aspects of things tend to be highlighted.
(In that case, information can become a burden.)

We should avoid making any decisions in this state.

Let’s make up for it after a quick recovery.
