When resources are large, we end up being used to our fullest

I think that when we have a lot of space and time, we tend to use it to the fullest.

・If we buy a large shelf or refrigerator, it will overflow with things as if we are filling the spaces.

・If we are given a lot of time, we will waste it carelessly.

Of course, To use our resources effectively is not necessarily a bad thing.

However, we should think about whether the amount of resources is optimal for us.

Time is the thing that requires the most care in handling.

For example, if a day is 12 hours, if we subtract 8 hours of sleep, we will only have 4 hours left.

We will have to narrow down what we do.

There are 24 hours in a day, but if we work 8 hours and subtract 8 hours of sleep, we will have 8 hours left.

If our working hours increase, the 8 hours we can use will be further reduced.

We need to think about how to allocate our 24 hours a day.

It is effective to write down the events of the day in a simple way to objectively understand what we spent our time on.

Time is just a fact that continues to tick away.

We are free to use it however we like.

What do I want to do with my life?

This is something we should check regularly.

Make sure we set aside time to focus on what we want to do.

These are the thoughts I had as I looked at the sight of eight pairs of shoes lined up in the entrance of my home, where there are two people in my house.
