It is important to build up one day at a time without worrying about the distant future.

When thinking about future directions, we sometimes imagine the future.

Sometimes it’s in the near future, about a month from now, and sometimes it’s in the distant future.

However, even if we envision a future that is too far away, we still don’t really know how things will turn out in the end.
(The only thing that is obvious is the fact that we get older.)

We never actually know what will happen in a year, six months, a month later, or even tomorrow.

My long-term goals are

・Stay healthy (avoid going to the hospital as much as possible and maintain a state where I can live independently without medical assistance)

・Enjoy meals with my own teeth (maintain 20 teeth at age 80)

Even though I accumulate wealth, it is not immutable; it fluctuates as the rules change.
(Although I don’t have the ability to earn a lot of wealth.)

Unfortunately, rules can be changed suddenly and it’s something we can’t control.

In order to obtain the things I need in my daily lives, I would like to train myself every day so that I can provide something to others.
(Of course, I sometimes need a break)

I think it’s important to build up one day at a time, without making decisions about the distant future.
(While having the flexibility to change direction depending on the situation)

The future is more volatile than we imagine.
