We need time to escape from the worries in our head

In our daily lives, we sometimes find ourselves worrying about one thing or another.
(They say that people’s worries tend to center around money, health, and relationships.)

In particular, when multiple events are happening simultaneously in our heads, our brains are working at full speed.

One after the other,

I have to do this,

I have to do that,

and the list goes on and on.

We’re constantly thinking about something, and our mind never has time to rest.

As a result, fatigue accumulates.

At times like these, it’s essential to escape from the worries in our head.
(Even if just for a short while.)

I try to escape by thinking things like:

  • If the world were to disappear at this very moment, or if today were my last day, I wouldn’t have these worries
  • The world would probably continue to move on without me doing anything

(This is merely an imaginary attempt)

The goal is to expel my worries from myself for a moment.

If we can relax our shoulders for even a moment, or if we can distract ourselves from the things in our head, then we have succeeded.
(After we have expelled the thoughts, wait a while, organize them, and then input them back.)

Other effective methods include focusing on the events in front of us, or on the present, or what is known as mindfulness.

The more we do, the more problems we come up with, and it is difficult to relax in a never-ending state.

It is also recommended to try escaping reality from time to time (although we should be careful not to escape too much).

Life can be short or long depending on how we perceive it, so sometimes we should slow down our pace and gather the strength to step into the future.
