Finding art in everyday life

What is art?

It often refers to paintings, artworks, and exhibits.

But is that all ?

For example, imagine we go to an art museum.

There are no artworks on display there.

How would we react?

Many people would be disappointed by the lack of anything.

But there, we can observe

Footsteps

Breathing

Each person’s reaction and voice

Human movement

Temperature

Smell

In other words, the environment and place where people gather in an empty place and produce various sounds and reactions can be considered a work of art.
(And it is always in flux)

The piece 4’33” composed by John Cage is also famous.

During this piece, the performers make no sound.

Instead of making any sound, the piece is about enjoying the sounds that come from that place for 4’33”.

Every moment of everyday life is inherently uncertain and fluctuating.

I don’t mean this in a bad way, but observing the changes and interpreting them in our own way enriches our creativity.
(In particular, clouds floating in the sky never take the same shape. When they do, it’s a wonderful moment in itself.)

The relationships between things and people are diverse, so why not try adding various meanings and flavors to them as art and enjoy them.
