Be conscious of distributing the surplus

In daily life, I am conscious of distributing surplus.

If the line at which I feel satisfied and stable is 100, then if I have 120, I would distribute 20.

If I have 120 and distribute 50, then my share will be 70, and 30 will be self-sacrifice.

I think the same about time, not just things.

Actions that involve self-sacrifice often lead to a desire for something in return.
(If there were no gifts in return for hometown tax donations, fewer people would donate.)

This is not a matter of good or bad, but a characteristic that people have of avoiding loss.

First of all, it is necessary to set a certain axis that satisfies us and work towards it.

However, this is also difficult.

The line at which individuals are satisfied here is different for each person.

Some are satisfied with 100, others with 50, and others will not be satisfied unless they have 500 or 5,000.

Knowing what is enough is important, but as the diversification of information increases the number of things to compare with, the number of options given to us is countless.

The values that surround us change depending on the environment we belong to and the information we are exposed to.

It is important to keep in mind that the values we have now are not constant but will fluctuate depending on the situation.

With that in mind, we need to determine where we want to place our axis.
