Which is better, to continue working at the same place or change jobs?

The recent trend in society is that changing jobs is less difficult than before.

But which one is actually better?

This time I will write what I am thinking.

I’m not sure which one is better

My conclusion is that I’m not sure which one is better.

The reason is that, in theory, I would never be able to meet myself that had chosen different options.

Therefore I don’t have anything to compare it to, I can’t conclude which one is better.
(It might be possible if I can communicate with myself in a parallel world)

In addition, values are fluid in the future.

Even if choices I made are good now, I don’t know what I will think in the future.

Personally, I have no regrets about the decisions I have made.

But being able to explain why those decisions were better than any other option is another matter.
