If we are unsure of which option to choose, choose the one that excites us

In everyday life, it is inevitable to make decisions by choosing from a number of options.

Each option has its pros and cons, and it is often difficult to make a decision.

The mental state when choosing an option also affects the decision.

Once we have made a choice, all we have to do is carry it out calmly.
(It is necessary to respond flexibly to the current situation as appropriate)

However, there are times when it is difficult to make a decision.

What should we do in such cases?

When I am unsure of what to do, I try to choose the option that excites me.
(The urge to try something that I have never experienced before)

When I choose a conservative option, I tend to think negatively.
(Rather than increasing what I gain, I tend to minimize what I lose. Of course, excessive optimism is also dangerous.)

When I feel negative, I feel a bit depressed.
(In my case)

On the other hand, if we choose the option that excites us, there are negative aspects, such as

  • failure and not going well
  • feeling more pressure.

But even if the option that excites us is a tough one, the pressure will force us to think and rack our brains.

The time we spend thinking about what we can do, how we can manage it, and whether we can achieve it is a fun time.

We want to spend each day motivated by a sense of excitement.
